Yorkshire. M.C.C. tour to Australia 1928/29. Official folding menu for the ‘Complimentary Dinner and Welcome Home to the Yorkshire Members of the M.C.C. Australian Tour Team, 1928-9’ given by the Yorkshire Cricket Council, held at the Griffin Hotel, Leeds, 23rd April 1929. Signed to the rear ‘Autographs’ cover by eight attendees including, in ink, Maurice Leyland, F.C. Toone (tour Manager) and Herbert Sutcliffe, also in pencil William Worsley and others. Ownership name of C. Derbyshire(?) to front. Some staining and soiling, otherwise in good condition. Rare.
