‘The Australian Cricketers 1882’. Original cabinet card sepia photograph of twelve members of the Australian touring party seated and standing in rows wearing caps and blazers. Printed title ‘The Australian Cricketers 1886’ and players names printed to lower border of mount. Players include Murdoch (Captain), Boyle, Massie, Horan, Palmer, Garrett, McDonnell, Giffen, Beal, Bonner, Spofforth and Jones. The photograph by the London Photographic Company. 6.5”x4.25”. Some fading to the photograph, otherwise in good/ very good condition. Scarce.
