‘Lord Tennyson’s tour to Jamaica 1932’. Original mono photograph of the team which played Cornwall County on the 5th and 6th March 1932 at Jarrett Park, Montego Bay. The photograph signed by all eleven players featured, Tennyson (Cpt), Valentine, Dacre, Astill, Geary, Bowley, Nichols, Scott-Chad, Bagnall, Kemp Welch and C.F. Walters. The photograph measures 9.5”x7”. Good condition
The match was drawn. It played against fifteen of Cornwall County, who were dismissed for 141, Tennyson’s team then made 244-8 declared with Bowley making 130 and Scott-Chad 60 the match closed as a draw with Cornwall County on 185-8
