W.G. Grace at the cricket early 1900s. Large early original sepia photograph of a large group of cricketers, friends, ladies, gentlemen and dignitaries seated and standing in rows in and in front of the Crystal Palace cricket pavilion in the early 1900s. Grace is depicted in the centre of the first row, with a child sitting between his legs, wearing cricket attire and a blazer. Match unknown. The photograph, by J. Russell & Sons of Baker Street and Southsea is framed and glazed and measures 21”x17”. An excellent image in good condition.
