Small album page laid down to a slightly larger page, nicely signed in black ink by nineteen members of the Gloucestershire team, obtained by the collector, Juliet Pannett. Signatures are Rowland, Lyon, Parker, Neale, Bessant, Hammond, Mills, Goddard, Smith, Sinfield, Dipper, Bloodworth, Stephens, Barnett, Ford and the rarer E.P. King (3 matches 1927), E.S. Hoare (3 matches 1929), H.J.S. Alpass (7 matches 1926-1928) and F.A. Harris (10 matches 1929-1931). 4.25”x5.5”. Minor soiling, otherwise in good condition.
Juliet Kathleen Pannett (née Somers) was a renowned portrait painter and artist. Notable subjects included Queen Elizabeth II, Field-Marshall Montgomery, Louis Armstrong, Leonard Bernstein, several prime ministers, and cricketers including Walter Hammond, R.E.S. Wyatt and Maurice Tate. She died in 2005.
