Lancashire C.C.C. 1925. Album page very nicely signed in black ink by the twelve members of the Lancashire team for the match v Sussex at Hove 26th- 28th August 1925. Signatures are Sharp (Captain), Pewtress, Makepeace, Watson, Duckworth, Sibbles, Iddon, Tyldesley, Hallows, McDonald, Parkin, and the rarer H.D. Davies (11 matches 1924-1925). Lancashire won by ten wickets. 3.75”x5”. Very good condition.
Don Davies played football for Bolton Wanderers and the England Amateur team and became a football writer and broadcaster.
