M.C.C. tour to Australia 1903/04. Ten early original sepia real photograph postcards of English cricketers, each depicted full length at the wicket in various poses. Nine appear to be from the same (unknown) series with the player’s name printed to the lower margin. Players are P.F. Warner, R.E. Foster, Knight, A.A. Lilley, Hayward, J.T. Tyldesley, E. Arnold, B.J.T. Bosanquet and A.E. Relf. Sold with an excellent sepia real photograph postcard of W.G. Grace in batting pose at the wicket. Publisher unknown. Three postmarked 1905, others postally unused. Odd minor faults, otherwise in good/ very good condition.
