Lancashire C.C.C. 1904-1908. Four early original mono postcards (one real photograph) of Lancashire teams seated and standing in rows wearing cricket attire and blazers, all with printed titles and players’ names to lower margin. Two postcards feature identical images of the 1904 team, but with slightly different printed titles, ‘Lancashire’ and ‘Lancashire County XI., Champions’. Photo by R. Scott & Co., Manchester. Others are the 1905 team by D. F. & Co. Series, and the 1908 team (real photograph), Philco Series no. 6209F. Players include MacLaren, Hornby, Tyldesley, Spooner, Garnett, Kermode, Poidevin, Hallows, Brearley, Makepeace, Worsley, Dean etc. Crease to one corner of the 1908 postcard, otherwise in good/ very good condition.
