Sydney Francis Barnes. Warwickshire, Lancashire, Wales & England 1894-1930. Two mono postcards of Barnes, one in batting pose with printed title ‘Sid. F. Barnes, McLaren’s Anglo-Australian XI, 1901-2. Staffs County C.C. & Porthill C.C.’, the other in bowling pose similarly titled with additional printed caption ‘Knypersley v. Porthill, May 21, 1907’. Both by Warwick Savage, Burslem. The batting postcard postmarked 1910, the other postally unused. Crease to the bowling postcard, staple marks to the batting card, wear and soiling, otherwise in generally good condition.
