Nicely signed in black ink, ‘Yours truly, W.H. Lockwood’. Printed title ‘W.H. Lockwood’. Rotary series no. 3803. Postally unused. Some silvering and minor staining to image extremities, otherwise in good/ very good condition. Rare.
