Walter Scott Lees. Surrey, London County & England 1896-1911. Early original mono postcard of Lees standing full length wearing cricket attire and Surrey cap in bowling pose at the wicket. Nicely signed in black ink ‘Yours sincerely W. Lees’ to the image. Printed title ‘W. Lees (Surrey)’. Wrench series no. 617. Postmarked 6th July 1906. Loss to lower left corner, abrasion marks affecting the face of Lees, some soiling, otherwise in good condition.
