‘Yorkshire County C.C.’ c.1905. Early original mono printed postcard of the Yorkshire team seated and standing in rows wearing blazers and caps. Signed in ink to the postcard image by George Hirst (slightly faded), and to the verso by five of the twelve featured players. The signatures are Haigh, Hirst, Rhodes, W.H. Wilkinson and Hunter. Taken from a photograph by E. Hawkins & Co., Brighton, publisher unknown. Some wear to corners and minor soiling, otherwise in good condition.
