Original pictorial cloth-backed boards, gilt title to spine. Presentation copy inscribed by McKenzie of a limited edition of 25 numbered copies, this being no. 5 signed by Alfred Goldman. Sold with Catalogue no. 19, ‘Cricket Literature 1744-1976’ in three parts with additional Supplement and Index, all bound together as one volume in green cloth, gilt title to spine, in an unnumbered limited edition of 150 copies signed by McKenzie. Also a run of twenty two standard issues in original wrappers, all signed by McKenzie (one exception). Issues are nos. 26, 28, 30, 32, 35, 38, 39, 42, 43, 46 (unsigned), 48-50, 52, 53, and 55-61.
