Limited edition of 250 copies produced and signed by the author and Len Wilkinson, of which nos. 1-25, additionally signed by N. Gordon, R.E. Grievson and W.W. Wade, were specially bound in full green morocco, raised bands to spine, gilt titles and gilts to all page edges, in slip case. This is copy no. 10. Slipped in is a signed letter from John McKenzie to the late vendor. Very good condition.
