Earlier hardback titles include ‘History of Kent County Cricket’. Edited by Lord Harris. London 1907. Original decorative blue cloth in lovely condition. ‘The Canterbury Cricket Week. Its Origin, Career, and Jubilee 1842- 1891’, E. Milton Small, Canterbury, third issue 1892, bound in worn quarter leather and marbled boards. Signed hardbacks, the majority with good dustwrappers, include ‘Action in Cricket’, Godfrey Evans, London 1956, signed by Evans. ‘Stumper’s View’, Alan Knott, London 1973, signed by Knott. ‘Early Memories of Frank Woolley’, Martha Wilson Woolley, Ashurst 1976, no. 322/1000, signed by Frank Woolley. ‘Kent the Glorious Years’, Denis Fowle, London 1979, no. 431/1000 signed by Alan Ealham. ‘Les Ames’, Alan Hill, Christopher Helm, London 1990, signed by Hill. ‘The Story of Canterbury Cricket Week’, Christopher H. Taylor 1991 (softback), signed by Taylor. Also two hardback titles by Nikky Baker published by Prospect-Hill Press, ‘The Great Match of Cricket. Sold with two hardback biographies of Jim Swanton by David Rayvern Allen, both signed by the author etc. Good/ very good condition.
