Don Bradman photographs 1949-1974. Green album comprising twenty original mono press photographs of Bradman, the majority in later years. Subjects include Bradman and his wife being received at Islington Town Hall and reading the lesson with Colin Cowdrey at Islington Town Hall Cricketer’s Service 1956, with Denis Compton and J.J. Warr at a reception at Adelaide 1950, writing at his desk 1953, unpacking his suitcase 1953, arriving at London Airport for a cricket conference 1960, sitting in bed on hearing of his knighthood 1949 etc. Photo agencies include Daily Mail, Central Press Photos, Harmsworth Photo Library, News & Mail, Reuter etc. Various sizes, 11”x8” and smaller. Odd faults to the odd photograph, otherwise in good condition.
