Very nicely signed in ink to the photograph by Hardstaff. Official stamp to verso for A. Wilkes & Son, West Bromwich. Date annotated in ink to verso ‘July 15th 1939’. Postally unused. Small mount indentation to top left corner, otherwise in very good condition.
