Scarborough Cricket Festival 1932. Original mono real photograph postcard of George Kemp-Welch (Warwickshire & Cambridge University 1927-1935) and Walter Keeton (Nottinghamshire & England 1926-1952) standing together in batting attire on the outfield at Scarborough. Very nicely signed in ink to the photograph by both Kemp-Welch and Keeton. Embossed stamp ‘Hey’ to lower right margin. Postally unused. Adhesive marks to verso, otherwise in very good condition. Excellent signatures.
Kemp-Welch and Keeton opened the batting together playing for H.D.G. Leveson-Gower’s XI v M.C.C. Australian Touring Team at Scarborough, 3rd-5th September 1932.
