Set of five original scorecards for each of the Test matches in the 1926 Ashes series. 1st Test, Trent Bridge 12th- 15th June, players listed at the start of play. 2nd Test, Lord’s 26th- 29th June, incomplete printed and handwritten scores in pencil. 3rd Test, Headingley 10th- 13th July, complete printed scores, ex Charlie Grimmett collection. 4th Test, Old Trafford 24th- 27th July, complete printed scores. 5th Test, Kennington Oval, 14th- 18th August 1926, complete printed scores. The first four Test matches were drawn, England winning the deciding 5th Test by 289 runs to take the series 1-0 and regain The Ashes. Light folds to three scorecards otherwise in good/ very good condition.
