Essex tour and County scorecards 1936-1970. Eleven official scorecards including Essex v All India, Brentwood, 27th- 29th May 1936, incomplete printed scores, Essex won by 7 wickets. Essex v Lancashire, Valentine’s Park, Ilford, 14th & 16th May 1938, Lancashire won by an innings and 177 runs. Also two matches played at Chelmsford, v Somerset 1953 (file holes), and v Lancashire 1959. One at Brentwood v Lancashire 1961, and five played at Ilford, v Leicestershire 1961, v Derbyshire 1962, v Lancashire 1963, v Leicestershire 1963, and v Lancashire 1970. Also one ‘away’ match v Middlesex at Lord’s 1952. Incomplete printed and/ or handwritten scores. Some faults, overall in good condition.
