Yorkshire C.C.C. 1907-1939. Five original scorecards for Yorkshire matches played at Headingley, all with incomplete and/ or handwritten scores. Matches are v. Lancashire (David Denton’s Benefit) 5th- 7th August 1907, heavy wear and soiling, v. Lancashire 30th May- 2nd June 1936, v. Gloucestershire 26th- 28th May 1937, v. Warwickshire 10th- 12th August 1938, and v. Lancashire 5th- 8th August 1939. Also two original Champion County match scorecards, Yorkshire v. Rest of England, played at Kennington Oval in 1932 and 1935. Sold with an original scorecard for Yorkshire Gentlemen C.C. v. Lord Hawke’s XI, York 25th & 26th July 1910. The scorecard appears to show complete printed scores for a drawn match, and is in very good condition. The match does not appear to be on the cricketarchive.com database. Odd faults as described, otherwise in good condition. Qty 8.
