‘Clapton F.C. Winners F.A. Amateur Cup Season 1923/24’. Very rare original autograph sheet with typed players’ field positions in a grid format. Each position is very nicely signed in black ink by the respective Clapton player. Signatures include three players capped for England, Stan Earle (Captain), William Bryant, and Vivian Gibbins. Others include Moore, Potter, Ryley, Barnard etc. Typed label to verso. Originally from the collection of the collector, Louis B. Frewer. The page appears to be laid down to contemporary card and folded, and measures 8.5”x5.5” open. Some foxing, small adhesive marks to verso, otherwise in good/ very good condition.
