Yorkshire at Scarborough 1924-1932. Four mono/ sepia real photograph postcards of Yorkshire teams standing in one row wearing cricket attire, the pavilion and crowds in the background. Teams are for the matches v M.C.C. 3rd- 5th September 1924, 3rd- 5th September 1930 (Wilfred Rhodes’ last match for Yorkshire), 2nd- 4th September 1931, and v Essex, 10th- 12th August 1932. Players’ names annotated in ink to verso of each including Wilson, Kilner, Dolphin, Robinson, Waddington, W. Rhodes, Dennis, Greenwood, Sutcliffe, Oldroyd, Holmes, Wood, Barber, Leyland, Macaulay, Verity, Bowes, A.C. Rhodes etc., also Lord Hawke in the 1924 postcard. All photographs by Walkers Studios, Scarborough. Very good condition.
