Henry ‘Harry’ Alfred Musgrove. Victoria & Australia 1881-1888. Ink signature of Musgrove, clipped from the end of a letter. Signed in ink ‘Yours Truly H. Musgrove’. Good condition
Musgrove was an Australian theatrical manager and cricketer who played for Victoria and in one Test match in the second Test of the 1884/1885 series against England at Melbourne. He was the successful manager of the Australian team in England in 1896, ‘where his tact and courtesy contributed significantly to a harmonious tour’
