‘M.C.C. v House of Lords and House of Commons’ 1926. Large album page very nicely signed in black ink by all twenty two players who took part in the one day match played at Lord’s on 24th July 1926. The M.C.C. team included some who played County cricket, D. Roberts (Surrey), C.S. Hickley (Somerset), R.M. Bell (London County), and E.J. North (Middlesex), also Blackett, Parsons, Dobson etc. Nobility playing for the Lords and Commons included Lord Romily, Earl of Dalkeith, Lord Curzon and Baron Ebbisham. M.C.C. won the match by seven runs. Sold with an original official scorecard for the match with complete printed scores. The scorecard folded in half, both items laid down to large album page. Good/ very good condition.
