Sussex C.C.C. membership cards 1926-2003. Black binder containing a near complete run of official members’ tickets/ fixture cards and additional admission tickets and passes for the period, all issued to Laetitia Stapleton (nee Repington). Years complete with the exception of 1998 and 2002. Odd minor faults to earlier cards, otherwise in very good condition.
Laetitia Stapleton was a noted autograph collector who attended Sussex matches from the mid 1920s with her friend, Juliet Pannett (nee Somers, who later became a noted portrait artist). Stapleton was a Club member for a period spanning nine decades, was awarded life membership in 1979 and also became a Vice-President. She died in 2004.
