Frederick William Tate. Sussex & England 1887-1905. Early mono postcard of Tate standing full length at the wicket in bowling pose, wearing Sussex cap. The postcard nicely signed to lower border in black ink, ‘Yours truly, Fred. W. Tate’. Wrench series no. 1384. Postmarked 1902. Some ink smudging not affecting the signature. Crease to top edge, some wear to corners, old tape to verso, otherwise in good condition.
