M.C.C. tour of the West Indies 1947/48. M.C.C. folding Christmas card with M.C.C. emblem in red to cover and image of ‘Old Father Time’ to inside, signed ‘From Lord’s Cricket Ground’ in ink to inside. The card is folded into four and to the inside, once unfolded, the card has the typed tour detail, fixtures and results and has been signed by all fifteen members of the touring party plus Pelham Warner who travelled with the team. Signatures include Allan (Cpt), Griffiths, butler, Cranston, Evans, Laker, Hardstaff, Ikin, Place, Tremlett, Wardle, Smithson etc. Good condition
