World Series Cricket World XI. Australia 1977/78. Official Christmas card with a colour photograph of the World XI in cricket attire to front, ‘Seasons Greetings’ printed to centre. Fully signed in ink to the verso by the fourteen featured players. Signatures are Tony Greig, Eddie Barlow, Derek Underwood, Alan Knott, Dennis Amiss, John Snow, Imran Khan, Mushtaq Mohammad, Asif Iqbal, Barry Richards, Majid Khan, Zaheer Abbas, Bob Woolmer and Mike Procter. Good/ very good condition.
Six ‘Supertests’ were played in the 1977/78 series for Kerry Packer’s ‘World Series Cricket’.
