Four orders of service for Ken Barrington, Southwark Cathedral 1981, Brian Johnston, Westminster Abbey 1994 (with accompanying printed poem eulogy by Richard Stilgoe), and two actors, Martin Boddy, founder of The Lord’s Taverners, St. John’s Wood Church 1976, and Trevor Bannister, Putney Vale Crematorium 2011.
