Australia c.1904. Six sepia tinted printed postcards from a set of twelve featuring Australian Test cricketers. ‘The Wilson Autograph Series’ c.1904/05 each with printed signature of the player to lower border. Cards are Noble (Series no. 1), Kelly (4), Gregory (8), Hopkins (9), Armstrong (10) and Gehrs (12). The Noble postcard postally unused, the others postmarked 1904/05, some with correspondence/ annotations on the fronts. The Kelly postcard with repair to lower edge, the Gregory postcard appears slightly trimmed to top edge. Some wear and soiling, otherwise in good condition. Rare.
