Yorkshire C.C.C. Maurice Leyland and Roy Kilner. Two mono advertising postcards, one of Leyland in batting pose with advertising to verso for the ‘Maurice Leyland Cricket Bat’ by Sykes. Signed in pencil to the front by Leyland. The other, of Kilner standing full length, is a similar ‘Roy Kilner Cricket Bat’ postcard of 1926 with facsimile signature to the front. Sold with a sepia real photograph plain back postcard of Kilner, head and shoulders wearing Yorkshire cap, issued by the Victorian Sporting Gazette, ‘Snowball Art Series’ 1924. Corner mount marks to the Leyland card, otherwise in good condition. Qty 3.
