Five early mono real photograph postcards issued by Summers Brown & Co., London, each featuring a head and shoulders studio portrait of a player wearing cricket attire and cap, with printed signatures and titles to lower margins. Includes three Surrey players, Jack Hobbs titled ‘The “Force” bat is the best’, Herbert Strudwick ‘The “Force Gauntlet is invaluable’, and Ernie Hayes ‘The “Force” bat has no equal’, also Patsy Hendren (Middlesex) ‘The “Force” Bat is a matchless match winner’, and James Seymour (Kent) ‘Best Bat “Force” Best Ball’.
