‘Vanity Fair Cartoons Series’ postcards early 1900s. Seven colour postcards of cricketers each with series title and player biography printed to margins, published by Raphael Tuck & Sons, London. One features Ranjitsinhji, series no. 1548, the others, from series no. 1707, are of F.S. Jackson, Gilbert Jessop, Robert Abel, Plum Warner, George Hirst and L.C.H. Palairet. All postally unused. The Jessop postcard with small surface damage to front. Some wear to corners and odd minor faults to others, otherwise in good condition.
