Bodyline. M.C.C. tour to Australia and New Zealand 1932/33. Ten original candid mono and sepia photographs taken by Freddie Brown while on tour in Australia and New Zealand. Images depict excursions with views including a boating trip with ‘Pat [Nawab of Pataudi]’, meeting a Maori chieftain at Rotorua and witnessing a ‘Haka’, Tommy Mitchell ‘doing a turn’, visiting Dancing Rock Geyser at Wairakei, two views of Sydney Harbour Bridge, bulls at White’s Station etc. Each measures approx. 4.25”x2.75”. Scarce. Adhesive marks to verso of each photograph where previously laid down to album pages, otherwise in good/ very good condition
