M.C.C. & Ground scorecards 1895-1898. Two early original scorecards for matches played at Lord’s. Scorecards are v. Nottinghamshire, 4th & 5th May 1895, incomplete printed scores, M.C.C. won by six wickets. 4.5”x6” and v. Yorkshire, 12th- 14th May 1898, complete printed scores, Wilfred Rhodes (aged 20) making his first-class debut, Yorkshire winning by 99 runs. Appears to be laid to tightly trimmed card with initials ‘C.P.F.’ to verso. Ex Cyril Foley collection, who played for M.C.C. in this match. 5”x8.25”. Some soiling to the 1895 card otherwise in good condition
