South Africa tour to England 1935. Thirteen original pre-tour mono press player portrait photographs of members of the South African touring party, the majority depicted head and shoulders. Players are Wade (Captain, in batting pose), Nourse, Mitchell, Rowan, Viljoen, Tomlinson, Dalton, Bell (in bowling pose), Williams, Balaskas, Seidle, Snook (Manager) all by City Press, London, and Langton (Sport and General, London). Each measures 6”x4”. Good/ very good condition.
